Pasteurizer size & steam calculator
Enter how much milk you process per day and how many hours you run. The calculator picks the plate system that fits, the steam it will use, and the boiler capacity to check — from the published figures of our six models.

Above 10,000 L/h: a larger or parallel configuration is needed. Send us your figures and an engineer will propose it.

Questions buyers ask
Why is the recommended model larger than litres ÷ hours?
A system should not run at 100% of rated capacity all day — the holding section is sized for its rated flow, and start-up, product changes and CIP take time out of the shift. We add 10% headroom before choosing a model.
Can I run a smaller system for longer hours instead?
Often yes, and it can be the cheaper choice — a smaller system costs less and uses less steam per hour. The calculator shows the hours you would need with the next size down. The limit is how long raw milk can wait before processing.
