Yogurt Production Line
Set, stirred and drinking yogurt share the first half of the process and diverge after fermentation starts. The type you make decides the tank arrangement and what comes downstream, so we start every yogurt quotation by asking which ones you produce — or plan to.
Temperature control during fermentation does most of the work. A tank that holds temperature evenly gives consistent batches; one that does not gives problems that are hard to trace.

Process flow
Manufactured by us Specified & integrated
- 1 Mixing and standardising
Milk, powder, sugar and stabilisers made up in jacketed tanks.
Dairy Mixing Tanks - 2 Homogenisation
Specified and integrated; stated as bought-in.
- 3 Base heat treatment
Plate or tubular depending on viscosity once stabilisers and sugar are added.
Milk Pasteurization Equipment - 4 Fermentation
Insulated, temperature-controlled tanks sized to batch volume and cycle time.
Yogurt Fermentation Tanks - 5 Cooling and breaking (stirred / drinking)
Coagulum is broken and cooled before filling.
- 6 Filling
Cup or bottle fillers integrated to your format. For set yogurt, filling happens before fermentation.
- 7 CIP
Sized to the circuits and cleaning window.

From enquiry to commissioning
- You send your requirements
Raw material, target product, capacity, local voltage and frequency, heating source and destination port. If you are not sure about some of these, tell us what you do know.
- We send a process proposal
A process flow, an equipment list with specifications, a suggested layout and a quotation. If more than one configuration makes sense, we explain the trade-off instead of sending one option.
- We manufacture and test
Fabrication, welding, polishing and assembly in our own workshop. Standard machines ship in 20 days; a complete line in 40–45 days.
- Installation and training
Our engineers travel to site — typically 4 days for installation, commissioning and operator training. Travel and accommodation are covered by the buyer.
Questions buyers ask
Can I start with stirred yogurt and add set yogurt later?
Tell us about your process
About three minutes. An engineer reads every request and replies with questions or a process proposal — not an automatic price list.
