Who we are

Qingdao Cookimech Co., Ltd. ("Cookimech", "we") operates this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter — name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, role and your process requirements — together with the page you sent it from and the campaign that brought you to the site (for example utm parameters or a Google Ads click ID).

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a process proposal and quotation, and follow up on that enquiry. We do not sell your data.

Who receives it

Our sales and engineering staff, and the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. Where those providers are outside your country, data is transferred to them only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting order, and as required for our business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
